What can Hypnotherapy help with?

Hypnotherapy can be beneficial for both adults and children alike.  It can be applied to many psychological, emotional and physical disorders.

Bedwetting (Nocturnal enuresis), Chronic Asthma and Sleep disorders.

Blushing, stammering, exam nerves and eating disorders.

Hypnotherapy has been proven to be beneficial in pregnancy and childbirth.  It can shorten the delivery stage, reduce the need for pain relief and help the expectant mother feel more in control. 

It works well as a motivational tool for weight loss and sports performance enhancement, it can also promote positive self esteem and self confidence.

It can be used as an effective strategy to manage the pain associated with a wide range of conditions, including helping those suffering from terminal illness and it can also assist people grieving for the loss of a loved one.

It can help with overcoming addictions to drugs, alcohol and smoking (having a higher success rate than nicotine replacement aids).

Phobias of all kinds can be conquered with hypnotherapy and anyone suffering with panic attacksOCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) or stress related problems like insomnia may benefit.
